Inspire Nunavut Progress Report

The Challenge

I identified the need to create a progress report for a 12-week social entrepreneurship program for Indigenous youth. It needed to summarize their learning journey in a culturally responsive and high-use manner.

The Solution

I used a representation of a circular rubric and markers to track student progress in competencies through the 12-week program. A closing summary sheet provides learners with resume statements aligned to the competency levels achieved. The report was designed so that it or select pages may also be shared with sponsors and stakeholders as needed.

I also created a slide deck guide that outlines how to complete the reports for facilitators.
